The terms for using ULak Micros Pro.

1. The Service

ULak Micros Pro is a meal-planning service for nutrition professionals (dietitians, nutritionists and trainers). It provides:

• Draft meal plans calculated by a mathematical solver from published food-composition data and ICMR-NIN 2020 nutrient requirements
• Tools to edit, save, print and share plans with your clients
• Nutrient analysis and a report of nutrients food alone may not meet
• Optional AI drafting of patient briefs and plan rationales

The Service is for informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account and using the Service, you:

• Confirm that you are at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Agree to provide accurate, current and complete information
• Accept responsibility for keeping your account confidential

3. Plans and payment

Plans

Basic, Standard and Premium each include every feature and every nutrient. They differ in how many clients can be active at the same time (paused and completed clients do not count), as shown on the pricing page. A free plan covers up to 3 active clients.

Payment

• Plans are paid for a month or a year at a time, as you choose
• Payments are processed through Razorpay
• A plan does not renew by itself. When it ends, your account returns to the free plan and your clients and plans are kept
• No refunds for partial months or unused portions

4. Your responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate health and dietary information
• Use the Service in your own professional practice, sharing plans only with your own clients
• Review every plan before giving it to a client, and obtain your clients’ consent before entering their data
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our systems
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Medical disclaimer

ULak Micros is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals before making changes to a diet, exercise routine or health management.

Meal plans are drafts calculated by a mathematical solver from published nutrient data. Food-composition values are estimates, and a qualified professional must review each plan, and the client’s medical situation, before it is used.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ULak Micros and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease or create derivative works based on the Service or any of its content.

7. Privacy and data protection

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of the Service. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India) and use appropriate security measures to protect your personal information.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. It may be temporarily unavailable because of:

• Scheduled maintenance or updates
• Technical issues or system failures
• Factors beyond our reasonable control

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ULak Micros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for reasons including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Use of the Service to harm others

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will tell you by email or with a clear notice on this website before they take effect.

Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
